Since 2014, Th\u00e9\u00e2tre Sainte-Catherine is home of a friendly caf\u00e9-bar where teachers, students, friends, workers and residents come to enjoy a delicious grilled cheese or converse over a cup of coffee and cookie.<\/p>\n

During the day, the theatre transforms its seats for large work tables and welcomes students, workers, actors rehearsing indie theatre and any and all human beings under the sun.<\/p>\n

The kitchen is run by\u00a0 Isabelle and Samuel. She studied to be a pastry chef and it is obvious her sweets can’t be beat. He is a self made chef with a natural talent for flavour. The menu is always expanding. Nothing ever stays the same except for the most popular goodies. You can’t beat a good thing.<\/p>\n
