Melissa G. presents Real Live Doll is an adventure into the absurd. Melissa will bring your doll fantasies to life in this show… no, not those ones, the other ones. No, not those ones either. Get your mind out of the gutter AND DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE OF THE RIDICULOUS! #boioioioing Playing with dolls is fun! Especially, this doll. *wink* Melissa G is a clown, comedy show producer and artist, channeling her inner chaos, outwardly. She’s been part of Montreal Sketchfest, and improv festivals in Ontario & Montreal. Therapy? No need – she has comedy.

POTATO POTATO (Toronto)

Potato Potato makes work about changing climates, both political and environmental. In a world obsessed with the US, Potato Potato shows the Canadian side of the story, throwing light (and shade). Part political satire, part sketch show, and with a generous dose of dread. This is a platform for the problems that terrify us and leave us feeling hopeless, an opportunity to discuss the things that get you in trouble at thanksgiving dinner, and a space to laugh at the things that make you cry. Prepare for bad impressions, heated debates and maybe even a song or two (or six!).

BEACON OF HOPE (Montreal)

This year Nicky Fournier and Marty Graham are different. Known for their work in Pickle Party and Lil’ Strawberry Bitch these two smoke shows have been featured in OFF-JFL/Zoofest (rip), Montreal Sketchfest’s Best of the Fest Showcase, Big City Improv Festival (TO), Montreal Fringe Festival and graduated together from UCB’s Level 1 improv Intensive (with honors). Nicky and Marty bring you Beacon of Hope.
